Before you begin, please review the checklist of all the necessary documents/information to accurately complete the entire registration for your practice. * Note for NEW Participants - This is the HealtheNet registration portal for accredited health related organizations and/or private practices in Hawai'i. The registration is not for new individuals or employees of existing participants registering to gain access to (CHR) HealtheNet web application. All employees of existing participants/accounts needing access to the application must contact their Point of Contact (POC) for permission and access. Ask your POC to submit a User Change Form in order for us to provision your access. Allow 5 to 7 business days for the credentialing process.
